New York, NY, November 5, 2026 – The Impact Evaluation Lab (IEL) and CC Forum: Global Investment in Sustainable Development (CC Forum) are pleased to announce a new, strategic partnership to advance transparency, accountability, and informed capital allocation in impact investing.

The partnership combines IEL's independent fund assessments, investment research, data analytics, and the Impact Navigator – a market-leading, intelligence platform for discovering, researching, and comparing impact investment funds – with CC Forum's global network of investors, policymakers, and sustainability leaders. Together, the organizations will support more informed impact investment decision-making, accelerating progress toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs). The partnership reflects a shared belief in the power of invested capital to drive meaningful social and environmental progress, contributing to a thriving planet and human flourishing.

A central focus of the collaboration will be to bring IEL's research, data, and impact investment insights to CC Forum's global network, guided by the principles of the 1.6 Percent Solution. As outlined in Terrence Keeley's book Sustainable, this comprehensive financial framework envisions a fourfold increase in authentic impact investing in the decades ahead. Terrence Keeley, CEO and Cofounder of IEL, will also join CC Forum’s Advisory Board.

“Max Studennikoff and his colleagues at the CC Forum have created one of the leading, global platforms where industry leaders, policy makers, investors and academicians dream of a better world - and then set out to achieve it,” IEL Chairman Terrence Keeley states. “Our philosophical alignment and shared conviction about the salience of more mindful, data-informed decision-making makes us ideal partners.”

“IEL’s market-leading position in data analytics that benefit people and planet profitably will help every member of the CC Forum community translate their good intentions into more ideal outcomes,” Max Studennikoff adds. “Terrence Keeley is seen as the world’s leading voice on valid impact investment today. Adding him to our Advisory Board will greatly accelerate CC Forum’s growing ambitions and reach.”
